You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine. By placing your order you have represented to Decanted Wines that you are at least 21. All wines delivered must be received by an adult of legal drinking age.
Mandated by federal law, all deliveries must be received and signed for an adult over the age of 21 years old. For this reason, we suggest shipping to a residence or business address where someone will be present to receive the package.
We offer 3 shipping options through Fedex:
- Ground Service - approximately 2-5 business days in transit
- 2nd Day Air - 2 business days in transit
- Next Day Air - 1 business day in transit
An email will immediately acknowledge receipt of your order, while a second email will confirm your order has been processed and is prepared for shipment. We will contact you by the end of the next business day if there is any problem with your order. Please note, we must be notified of any problems with the receipt of your package including damaged bottles or corked wine within 15 days of the delivery date! If you suspect the bottle is bad, please place the cork back in the bottle leaving the contents of the wine in the bottle. We can not accept any empty bottles!

With all returns, Decanted Wines will arrange to have the orders picked up and returned to our store. Once the package is returned to us, we will inspect it and then send out a replacement package or issue a credit to you. For this reason, it is extremely important that you let us know of any error ASAP to ensure fastest delivery of your new shipment.
Please include the original receipt of purchase with all return shipments. All return shipments must be packed in the original packing. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
**Title to, and ownership of, all wine passes
from Decanted Wines to the purchaser in the State of Florida and the
purchaser takes all responsibility for the shipping it from Florida
to his/her home state. By arranging for transportation of the wine, Decanted Wines is providing a service to, and acting on behalf of the
purchaser. By utilizing this service from Decanted Wines, the purchaser is
representing that he/she is acting in a fashion compliant with his/her
local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation and delivery
of wine. The purchaser represents that he/she has obtained any required
permission, paid any required fees, is working through properly
licensed intermediaries where required, is legally entitled to take
possession of wine and is legally entitled to take quantities ordered
and once again authorizes that he/she is 21 years of age.
